What travelers and residents can expect from private, self-paid ED care at our Kyoto and Osaka Namba clinics, including health assessment and medication.
Asking about erectile dysfunction can feel uncomfortable, and doing so in another country or language can add another layer of concern. Knowing how privacy, the consultation, and prescription decisions are handled may make it easier to contact a clinic.
Our Kyoto and Osaka Namba clinics publish private, self-paid ED treatment for travelers and local residents, with consultation and support available in English.
Arrange a consultation if you want to discuss ED treatment or ask whether a prescription medicine may be appropriate for you. Medication is considered only after a doctor evaluates your health.
In a life-threatening emergency, call 119 for an ambulance. Our clinic provides outpatient care and is not an emergency room.
The published service card describes ED treatment as private. You can discuss the concern directly with the clinic instead of trying to choose a medicine on your own.
Private care does not mean that the consultation can skip clinic registration or medical assessment. If you have questions about registration or how your information is handled, contact the clinic by WhatsApp or email before arranging the appointment.
Viagra and Cialis are the prescription medications named on the clinic’s ED service card. A listing on the card does not determine whether either medicine is appropriate for an individual patient.
A doctor will first evaluate your health and then decide whether a prescription is medically appropriate. The consultation is the place to ask which, if any, of the listed medications may be considered for you.
ED treatment is provided as self-paid care. Contact the clinic in advance for current cost information; this article does not quote an amount. You can also see the fees section on the Kyoto clinic page or the Osaka Namba clinic page.
Contact the clinic by WhatsApp or email, or ask your hotel concierge or front desk to help arrange your visit. Bring your passport and travel-insurance policy with you.
For a private consultation, contact Dr. Coming International Clinic Kyoto Station or Dr. Coming International Clinic Osaka Namba.
Information about the self-paid service in this article is current as of August 2026.
